Can't beleive that we have being ripped off by Qwest.

We connected the DSL trough Quick Connect service from Xcel. The representative make me choose the Qwest, because they don't charge for modem like comcast, because it's $33 for 7mbs and so on. Ha-ha. My fisrt bill was $147 : $70 for modem + shipping + $39 for 1,5 mbs. I called them I was pissed. They apologise and promised free modem, credit back for shipping and 2 month free if I upgrade to 12 Mbs. Ok. Next month they credited modem , but charged me for service. I called again. They said that they can give me another credit for service only next month. OK!

Another bill $47. I called again. They asked me why the giving me so much credits. Ha-ha I told them whole story again. Thay said that

they need 5-7 business days.

OK! two weeks after nothing happened, so I called them again. They said credit will be made withthin 30 to 90 days.

I canceled service right away. Please, keep your money, time and nerves don't have a deal with Qwest.
